Hi! I’m Lizzie WILLIAMSON

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, drained, and unsure of how to move forward. My turning point came during one of the toughest periods of my life - when I was battling postnatal depression.
Back then, finding time or energy for myself felt impossible. But one day, I discovered that just two minutes of movement or a simple mindset shift could create a ripple effect of positivity and progress. Those two minutes became my lifeline and eventually grew into what I now call the Two Minute Method - a practical, powerful way to break free from stress and spark action.
What started as a personal journey turned into a global movement called Two Minute Moves, helping people all over the world take small steps that lead to big changes.
WHAT I DO
I now work with organisations and teams to help them overcome overwhelm, build resilience, and reignite their energy. Through my keynotes and workshops, I share practical tools that are simple, effective, and accessible—no matter how busy life gets.

WHY ME?
Before becoming a speaker, I was a cruise ship dancer (yes, really!), so I know how to captivate a crowd. But it’s my own experience with burnout and recovery that gives me the empathy and insights to connect with people on a deeper level.
I’ve spoken at major conferences, partnered with leading organizations, and written an award-winning book to help individuals and teams thrive—even in the face of challenges. Whether it’s a leadership summit or a workplace wellness program, I bring energy, relatability, and results.
